Actis provides a variety of funding solutions for companies. We provide equity capital for buyout and growth transactions, typically with a minimum investment size of US$50m. We may take a controlling or a minority stake depending on the particular needs of the business shareholders and managers. Our local knowledge enables us to tailor our investment strategy to local market opportunities, both in terms of sector and deal type.
