Ceylon Oxygen is Sri Lanka's leading manufacturer of industrial and medical gases with a market share in excess of 80%. Its primary products are oxygen, nitrogen, argon, acetylene, carbon dioxide and dry ice.
Ceylon Oxygen has a 73% market share in Sri Lanka's major industrial gas-using industries, namely manufacturing and metal processing, rubber, construction and ship repair industries. Ceylon Oxygen also supplies gaseous and liquid medical oxygen and nitrous oxide to the medical industry, where it has a 98% market share. In addition, the company also has a small trading business for welding supplies.
