Distri-Thai is a distributor and retailer of foreign language magazines and books. It was founded in 1990 and has consistently generated profits and cash. It has a 90% market share in the distribution of English language magazines in Thailand and has 24 stores (originally 17 when Actis invested), located in Bangkok and other tourist destinations.
In 2007, we facilitated the merger of the compnay with Asia Books. Together the group now has 65 outlets under the Bookazine and Asia Books brands and a dominant 65% share of the retail market in Thailand.
