Biography

Lou is Actis’s Chief Human Resources Officer, based in London. Lou joined Actis in September 2009 and is responsible for all strategic and operational HR support. 

Before joining Actis, Lou worked with Thomson Reuters and Microsoft in global/regional talent management and HR business partner roles. She also has several years of management consulting experience, specialising in the people side of organisational change and covering all aspects of human resources. Lou spent nine years living and working in Asia – specifically Vietnam, Singapore, Indonesia and Thailand.

Lou has a Bachelor of Business degree, majoring in Information Technology and Human Resources, from Victoria University, Australia.
