Alex Swirski wins IJGlobal Rising Star Award

We are proud to share that Alex Swirski, Principal in Actis’ Digital Infrastructure team, has been named a Rising Star at the IJGlobal Awards.

The award recognises the exceptional impact Alex has made over the past year. In 2025, he played a pivotal role in launching TERRANOVA, Actis’ new Latin American hyperscale data center platform, helping to source, structure and execute the investment while supporting capital raising and hyperscaler engagement. TERRANOVA has the potential to deploy up to 1GW of future IT capacity across Brazil, Mexico and Chile, powering the region’s next phase of digital growth. In February, TERRANOVA launched its first operational data center in Mexico, beginning operations with 8.12MW of IT capacity and ready to scale to a 20MW capacity.
