Actis wins LatinFinance Road Deal of the Year award

Actis has won Road Deal of the Year at the 2026 LatinFinance Project & Infrastructure Finance Awards, for its US$1.6 billion acquisition of a 416km Colombian toll road portfolio from Sacyr, now operating as Vialtis.
The deal, financed through Actis’ Long Life Infrastructure Fund 2, launched Actis’ first Latin American toll roads platform and was led by our Long Life Infrastructure team under Davi Carvalho Mota. Diego Novoa had the pleasure of collecting the award on Actis’ behalf.
