Ankur is a Director responsible for Actis’ Private Equity and Digital Infrastructure activities across India and South-East Asia. He has over 17 years of experience across private equity investing, investment banking, and accounting.
Before joining Actis, Ankur worked for three years at Abraaj leading growth investments in India and South-East Asia with a focus on healthcare, consumer-tech, fintech and financial services. Prior to Abraaj, he worked for over 10 years at Goldman Sachs across investments and advisory roles with a specific focus on TMT, Infrastructure and Financial Services. Ankur began his career in the assurance division at A.F Ferguson in India.
He is a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and a graduate of Delhi University.
