Miloni joined Actis in 2022 as Inclusion and Diversity Manager.

Prior to joining Actis, Miloni worked at J.P. Morgan for 13 years across a variety of functions which included Inclusion and Diversity, Internal Communications, Employer Brand and Product Marketing. Her roles included the execution of a global graduate recruitment marketing campaign aimed at attracting top talent and tailored marketing campaigns targeting institutional investor clients such as Pension Funds, Asset Managers and Banks and Broker Dealers.  She then moved into Human Resources where she managed various Inclusion and Diversity programmes and developed a cohesive strategy focusing on employee, marketplace and community initiatives.

Her work in I&D included the firm’s publication of the UK Gender Pay Gap, the signing of the Women in Finance Charter, a global mental health campaign, board readiness workshops and leading large flagship events across the globe attended by over 20,000 people. Her previous roles were held at British Telecommunications and the Office of the Deputy Prime Minister.

Miloni holds a degree in BSc Politics and History and a  Diploma in Marketing with the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM).
