Kay joined Actis in 2022 and is responsible for investor relations in Asia.
Prior to joining Actis, Kay managed a team of Infrastructure and Real Estate Product Specialists at Partners Group and led several key projects in its Client Services division during her nine years with the organisation. In this role, she worked on the structuring of operations and reporting for the most complex of mandates to building up an extension of the division in Manila in 2016 as well as client engagements such as the firm’s Annual General Meetings and Advisory Board Meetings.
Having rotated through the firm’s four asset classes during her tenure, she is well-versed in private equity, private infrastructure, private real estate and private debt product management, complex reporting requirements, client communications as well as people and stakeholder management.
Kay holds a BSc. (with Honours) in Banking and Finance from the University of London and is a CFA charter holder.
