Pierre Boudet

Pierre joined Actis in 2021 and is a conducting officer in the Luxembourg office in charge of Compliance, Risk and AML (“Responsable du Respect”). Pierre is also a member of the group compliance team and as such provides global compliance support for Actis on a wide variety of issues. He works with operational and controls functions to ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place where needed.

Pierre has over 12 years of experience in the fund industry. He started his career as financial auditor for a big four firm, where he worked on the financial annual accounts of funds and related management companies. His later experience includes consulting services for financial service providers and a compliance position with a Nordic fund manager. Pierre holds a Master’s degree in financial control.
