Shuhei Kusumoto

Shuhei joined Actis in 2022. Shuhei has over 13 years’ experience in project and structured finance. Before joining Actis, Shuhei spent over 6 years at Macquarie Capital, where he was most recently an Associate Director in the Principal Investment team responsible for origination, investment and execution of renewables transactions.

Prior to joining Macquarie, Shuhei worked at MUFG bank for 7 years across LBO, corporate finance and structured finance transactions in Japan.

Shuhei has a BA in Economics from Keio University, Tokyo, Japan.
