Vrinda Mehra

Vrinda is a General Manager in Actis’ Fund Services team, where she is responsible for all aspects of client services and funds administration of the Energy and Infrastructure asset class.

In her role she oversees investor reporting, quarterly valuations, offshore administration and supports fundraising activities. She further provides transaction support to the investment professionals.

She is also a member of Actis’ Inclusion and Diversity Committee and Actis Female Network.

Before joining Actis in 2011, Vrinda worked at PwC in audit and assurance where she managed the audits of leading private equity firms investing in mid cap unlisted companies and infrastructure projects.

Vrinda holds a Masters in Finance from Warwick Business School, UK and is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. She also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (Hons) from Delhi University.
