Youssouf Camara

Youssouf joined Actis in 2020, where he is a Principal in Energy Infrastructure. He is responsible for originating, executing and managing Energy Infrastructure investments in the Middle East and Africa.

Prior to Actis, Youssouf worked at CrossBoundary from 2015 to 2017, providing investment advisory services for West African firms. Prior to that he worked as a management consultant focused on strategic M&A advisory at Accenture Consulting, then the Boston Consulting Group from 2013 to 2015.

Youssouf holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, an MPA/ID degree from Harvard Kennedy School, a B.S in Economics from Wharton and a BA in International Studies from the University of Pennsylvania, magna cum laude.
