Lucinda Clifton-Bryant

Lucinda joined Actis in 2021 as Director – Head of SPV Management and leads a dedicated team of six governance professionals strategically positioned across Mauritius, Dubai, London, and Luxembourg.  She is responsible for the corporate secretariat and governance of Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs) within the firm’s investment holding structure, and ensures SPVs adhere to the highest standards of corporate governance while complying with complex local and international laws and regulations.

With over 15 years in financial services, Lucinda is an experienced governance professional. Prior to joining Actis, Lucinda has held various high-level positions in the corporate services industry where she has acted as Head of Fund Legal and Corporate Services and Director of Company Secretary and Governance.

Lucinda is a member of the Chartered Governance Institute England & Ireland by qualification, and is a certified Corporate Governance Officer with the ILA (Institut des Luxembourgeois des Administrateurs).
