Hans Reinaldi

Hans joined Actis in 2023 and focuses on infrastructure investments across Southeast Asia. He is responsible for evaluating opportunities and developing investment theses across infrastructure subsectors, including toll roads, utilities (water and waste), energy, and digital infrastructure. He has been instrumental in advancing Actis’ first investment in the Southeast Asia waste management sector.

Before Actis, Hans worked at the Indonesia Investment Authority, Indonesia’s sovereign wealth fund, where he covered investments in green transformation and the infrastructure sector. Earlier in his career, he spent six years in consulting and investment banking, working across multiple sectors and geographies in Southeast Asia.

Hans holds an MBA from Columbia Business School, where he graduated with Dean’s Honors, and a bachelor’s degree in business management from the Bandung Institute of Technology, graduating cum laude and in the top 1.5% of his class.
