David Tran

David Tran is a Principal in Actis’ Real Estate and Data Centers team, leading origination and execution in Southeast Asia. He was instrumental in establishing Actis’ presence in Vietnam, where he developed and led the firm’s industrial and logistics strategy, resulting in the successful investment and exit of Project Aberdeen. He now plays a senior role in expanding Actis’ Real Estate and Digital Infrastructure platforms across the region.

David holds an MBA (Magna Cum Laude) from the University of Notre Dame and a B.E. in Computer Engineering (First Class Honours, Dean’s List throughout) from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore.
