“Wind and solar will continue to dominate – most of the CEE is still behind on delivering targets in those areas.
“What I also see in those countries is the real commitment to support the development and to attract investment into renewable energy generation. Romania has announced a contracts for difference energy offtake scheme and Bulgaria is announcing a subsidy scheme for battery storage capability to be constructed.”
