ANARA SALYKHOVA

Anara is a Vice President and Head of Fund & Portfolio Analytics at Actis, where she leads the firm’s analytics strategy across its real assets platform. She is responsible for delivering fund-level insight and portfolio analytics to support investment decision-making, capital allocation, and performance optimization across the portfolio.

Since joining Actis in 2022, Anara has built and scaled the Fund & Portfolio Analytics function, establishing consistent performance frameworks across funds and enhancing transparency for investment, operations, and leadership teams. She works closely with senior stakeholders, including the Chief Investment Officer and Fund leadership, providing data-driven insights that inform strategy across the investment lifecycle.

Leading a team of 5 she focuses on fund modelling, portfolio monitoring, and data governance, alongside the implementation of technology-enabled solutions to improve reporting and decision-making. She is actively involved in firmwide initiatives and contributes to the development of advanced analytics and AI use cases.

Prior to joining Actis, Anara spent over seven years at Deloitte in London, where she advised energy and infrastructure clients on complex financial modelling and analytics, with a focus on investment appraisal, scenario planning, and model governance.

Anara holds a BSc in Government and Economics and an MSc in Management, Organisations and Governance from the London School of Economics. She is ACA-qualified with first-time passes and has completed the Artificial Intelligence Programme at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford.
