Jeff joined Actis’ Long Life Infrastructure (ALLIF) Operations team after participating in the Summer Associate programme in 2022. He is involved in investments across the Indian solar, Chilean solar and battery, Dubai district cooling, Brazilian transmission, and Colombian toll roads sectors. He also participates in the firm’s thematic work focused on digital infrastructure and AI, physical climate risk, talent management, and environmental commodities.
Jeff’s prior work experience was primarily at Shell, where he held a variety of engineering, operational, intrapreneurial, and general management roles in organisations serving ventures across four continents. He graduated from the MBA programme at Stanford University in 2023 and undertook part-time work experiences at the Africa Minigrid Developers Association (AMDA) and the US Department of Energy’s Office of Electricity while there.
