Rooshin is a Vice President and Funds Counsel at Actis. Rooshin advises on all legal and regulatory aspects relating to fundraising, co-investments and Actis’ investors.
Prior to joining Actis in 2022, Rooshin was a Senior Associate in the Investment Management team at Macfarlanes LLP, where he advised sponsors and institutional investors across a broad range of funds.
Rooshin is a qualified solicitor in England and Wales and holds a degree in History from the University of Warwick.
