Suhyun park

Suhyun Park is a member of the Actis Asia Real Estate team, specialising in investment origination and divestment in Korea. Prior to joining Actis, Suhyun was a manager and team leader in the Alternative Investment Department at Korea Investment & Securities. During her tenure, she was responsible for overseas real estate investment and successfully completed office, industrial, and student housing acquisitions located in the United States and Europe.

Before working in real estate investment, Suhyun had management consulting experience in Deloitte Tokyo office. Her role included advising clients on new business proposals, cost reduction, strategy development, and project management. Her experience focused on international projects in various locations, including a secondment to Vietnam.

Suhyun holds a Bachelor’s degree from the School of International Liberal Studies at Waseda University. With her diverse experience in real estate investment and consulting, Suhyun brings a unique perspective to the Actis Asia Real Estate team.
