Andrew Keat

Andrew joined Actis’ Capital Solutions team in 2022 as a Product Specialist, initially based in London. In 2025, he relocated to Dubai, where he focuses on capital raising and on developing and managing client relationships across the Middle East and Africa.

Prior to joining Actis, Andrew spent two years as a graduate engineering consultant at Walter P. Moore, working on large scale infrastructure projects across the United States.

Andrew holds a BSc in Civil Engineering from Rice University and an MSc in Innovation, Entrepreneurship and Management from Imperial College London.
