Jun joined Actis in 2022, as the firm opened its office in Tokyo and extends its footprint in Asia. Jun oversees Actis’ operations, relationships and growth in Japan and also works with the firm’s central teams, including the Investor Development Group, to diversify the global institutional investor base.
Jun was previously Head of Macquarie Capital Japan, where he worked for almost 14 years. Before this, Jun worked for Fuji Bank, Mizuho Corporate Bank, and UBS for 22 years, working across corporate finance, project finance, export finance and asset-backed securities for deals in Japan and overseas.
Jun has a BA in Economics from Keio University, Tokyo, Japan, and a Master of Business Administration from Southern Methodist University, Texas, USA.
