I’m passionate about the work we do at Actis to embed Inclusion and Diversity. We recognise our impact can extend beyond the firm to our portfolio companies and as a member of our I&D working group, I’ve seen the positive effects of Actis-led initiatives in the businesses we own and operate, including our female apprenticeship and skills training programmes in the Americas and Africa.
